DEATH OF GOD, BY SUICIDE

God is dead, God remains dead, and we have killed him.

Philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche said, ‘God is dead’. This quotation is a world famous one. Through this quotation Nietzsche became immortal. The question is how did He die? Was He murdered? Or death by accident? Or executed by the law? Or committed suicide?

He couldn’t have been murdered because I never heard of his wife running away with her paramour and both schemed to murder him. Therefore, murder is excluded.

Was his death by an accident like, for example, Lord Krishna? When lord Krishna was relaxing under a tree, a hunter, mistaking his foot for a rabbit, shot an arrow which landed exactly in the middle of his feet. He died on the spot. God’s death cannot be accident because I referred all FIRs of the police, there was no record of an FIR indicating God’s death by an accident.

Was he then executed by the law; the way Jesus Christ was killed by the law? No such incident is recorded. Therefore, it is impossible for God to have died by the execution of law.

Did God commit suicide like lord Rama? After his separation from Sita, after being defeated by his children Luv & Kush in war, He handed over the kingdom to children and committed suicide by drowning in river Sarayu.

I think God is dead by committing suicide. There is no other way for God to die! Isaac Asimov’s book – I Robot, talks of three rules where the robots cannot harm their makers. We are God’s computers, manufactured in His factory. Unfortunately, the program He wrote for us is corrupted, harming the God himself. Every one of His computers is malfunctioning. The deeds we observe in newspapers / social media are enough proof of the malfunction. We the human computers are beyond repair! There is no McAfee or Kaspersky! Unable to see the degeneration of his own manufacturing, God committed suicide.

Yes, Friedrich Nietzsche was right when he said God is dead but he should have added “by suicide”!
