How the time flies! It looks like Jyothi and Praveen were married just yesterday! I visited Upparapally village (near Warangal) to attend their simple but memorable marriage. Personally, I do not like attending any function/celebration. I consider the very concept of function stupid. Attending functions is the most efficient way of wasting the precious time. Then what made me to attend the wedding function of Jyothi with Praveen in a remote village almost 200 km away? It is the simplicity and clean heart with which I was invited made me to decide against the principle I believe in… i.e., not attending functions.
The boy and the girl – both hardworking are simple and unassuming became father & mother, blessed with a baby boy on 25th August, 2023 around 9:40am! Normal delivery. The joy of Praveen. B was much evident when he called to inform about his fatherhood. Both Praveen.B and Jyothi are matured persons, more mature than their age.
The boy was born on the auspicious day of Varalaxmi vratam, where the married women fast to pray to the goddess Laxmi for the well-being of family members. It is believed by the Hindus that the goddess of wealth and prosperity showers blessings on this day. Thus, both Praveen and Jyothi are blessed. Their wishes are fulfilled with the birth of a son. Now the challenge for them is: “What should be the name their baby boy who was born on 25th August 2023, Friday? According to the western calendar, the zodiac sign of the boy is ‘Virgo’.
If I may suggest – the boy should be named after his father & mother – Prajyot (a lighted candle & brightness). Hence the name should be – ‘B Prajyot Kumar’ (Pravin + Jyothi = Prajyot). The hard-working nature of father and the patience of mother- may the boy inherit. Welcome to the planet Earth Youngman. I am sure, your presence will make the earth a better place and beautiful abode for all.
