A man was suspecting his wife of cheating. Hence, he decided to consult a juju (charmer/magician in West Africa) man. On hearing the story, the juju man told the suspecting man to come back in two weeks and to bring along sample of soil/sand from his front yard.
The suspecting man returned after 10 days with the sample of sand, as directed. The juju man performed all his complicated rituals. After the rituals he said “I don’t know if you can handle this. I will tell only if you can assure me that you can handle the information you are about to learn.”
The suspecting man assured positively and requested the Juju man to go ahead. Juju man said: “The two sons you have are not your sons; your daughter is seeing five different men; and your wife is pregnant with your younger brother’s child”.
On hearing the Juju man’s words, the suspecting man began to laugh. The Juju man enquired with irritation the reason for the laughter, especially after all the bad news. The suspecting man responded thus: “I don’t know if you can handle this sir. I will tell only if you can assure me that you can handle the information you are about to learn.”
On obtaining the Juju man’s assurance the suspecting man said: “I was running late for our appointment. I was in a hurry. I forgot to bring the sand/soil sample from my yard. So, I dug some soil from your compound”. The juju (charmer/magician) man fainted!!!
