The Birth of Generation C

Center orange banner reads 'Generation C' with six hands holding icons (share, hashtag, play, thumbs up) on a teal background; Richmedia logo bottom-right.

We only know of Gen Z or Gen Alpha. Do you know a new generation is founded recently? Only Dimagi Naxals can do this! Many people are competing to become the founding members of the generation!

Imagine this situation. No newspaper, no TV channel has covered this aspect. We have seen Cockroach Janata Party. Their euphoric rise into popularity. NEET examination paper leak. Jantar Mantar and their strike at New Delhi. Police tear gas, lathi charge and government’s refusal to budge. Finally, the protesters got what they wanted. The union education minister had to resign. A huge setback for Mr. Modi and his government. Right now, Modi is sitting on a shaky pedestal. I have covered the general summary of the entire, I’d say, students uprising – Gen. Z uprising.

The distance between the Prime Minister’s residence in Delhi and the site where the students protested is approximately 5 KM. If one were to travel by car via Janpath it would take less than 10 minutes. Had Mr. Modi got down from his car walked down to the protesters and said “Look all you young people! You are like my grandsons and granddaughters. I am nearing 80 years old, probably you could be my great grandchildren! I am Prime Minister because the people of India have chosen me. If I do not work for you people then who will I work for? What would then be the purpose of my existence? Tell me what do you want?”

Had Modi asked the Gen. Z this way he would have scripted a new history! His position as a Prime Minister and as a statesman would have been reinforced. The gap between Gen. Z and an 80-year-old man would have been permanently erased. He would have become the true Vishwa Guru. Mr. Modi did not do this either because of ego or because of lack of proper suggestions from his people or both. It is not for me to suggest as to how a PM should do his job. We all know what happened! The loss of face; loss of prestige and loss of everything he had worked all these years for! Today Mr. Modi is a faint shadow of his former self!

On the other hand, there is one more gentleman who could have become the Prime Minister of India in the wake of Gen. Z protests. With almost 40 members of Parliament on his side and because of him the present coalition government is functioning, he could have walked down to Mr. Modi told him “Either you resign or I will withdraw support”. He had a great opportunity to become the PM of India. He could have achieved immortality in the hearts of all generations. Unfortunately, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu did not do it. His inaction is viewed as insensitive unsympathetic. He probably may have sold his soul. His years of political life became meaningless. He remained as a forgettable Chief Minister of a small state in India.

Unknown to them and many people like them have established a new generation called “Generation C’ or simply ‘Gen C’! I am sure you will understand what the letter C stands in Hindi language. These people from India and internationally people like Donald Trump became the founding fathers of Gen C.

Join me in paying our respects to the founding fathers of Gen C.
